What is in the formula?

Other ingredients

Softgel shell: bovine gelatin, vegetable glycerin and purified water. Soybean oil (emulsifier). Contains soy.

The label states 400 IU of natural vitamin E and also lists 294.1 mg of d-alpha tocopherol acetate. The acetate ingredient mass is not the same measurement as vitamin E expressed as alpha-tocopherol equivalents.

How should I take and store it?

Take one softgel daily with a meal and a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
