1. Defective or Damaged Products
- If a product arrives damaged, defective, or spoiled, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
- You will be offered one of the following, at no extra cost to you:
- Replacement of the same product;
- Exchange for another item of equal value;
- Full refund to your original payment method.
- All transportation costs for defective product returns are covered by us.
2. Voluntary Returns
- If you simply change your mind about your purchase, we may accept a return at our discretion under the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened, sealed, and in its original condition.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Due to the perishable nature of supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-sensitive products once delivered.
- In these cases, transportation and handling costs (including refrigerated transport) will be deducted from the refund amount totaling 40 aed.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or partially consumed supplements.
- Products not stored according to instructions (e.g., under 28degrees C required with no sun exposure).
- Items returned after the return window has expired.
4. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed ASAP within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Any deductions (where applicable) will be clearly itemized in your refund confirmation.
